new daniel fleres

Here's a new one by Daniel Fleres, and an arrow through the heart just about explains it. This horned, eared, bowed, hatted, earringed, camouflaged, and hoofed thing is nothing but lovable. You can take bring it home for only US$ 150.

a nation gone crazy by reuben rude

At long last we have a brand-new 8in. x 8in. by Reuben Rude. "A Nation Gone Crazy" features his unique brand of collage and illustration that makes you wonder: "What order did he do that in?" It's priced with a hometown discount at US$ 200, so get it while you can.

more dyno

Here are a couple more fun and funky little doodads from the one called Dyno. Titled "Flirt" (top image) and "Bummer" (bottom image), they are each done with collage and acrylic and evoke their own bit of character. "Flirt" measures 4in. x 4in. and costs US$ 60 while "Bummer" is 6in. x 4in. at US$ 80.

andy stattmiller

Andy Stattmiller brought by two more small pieces for us to feast our eyes upon -- one of them literally. The juicy rendering of the gyro machine (top) is also an homage to a famous painting housed in -- what else?! -- a taqueria, El Farolito in the Mission District SF. Measuring 7in. x 5in., it can be yours for only US$ 80.

The fun little thundercloud (botom image) measures 4in. x 6in. and is priced at US$ 60. Both are painted with acrylic. Email us for more info.

Sirron Norris is quite busy these days promoting his recently-completed SF Heart Installation along with some independent consulting projects, but he did have time to bust out these small but powerful paintings for fabric8, two of which have already sold.

cosmic sailer by grant gilliland

Spaceships ahoy with Grant Gilliland's latest little guy, "Cosmic Sailor." Apparently he comes from outerseas and is pretty ear-resistible with his blond hair and funky outfit. Plus he wears his heart on his sleeve so you know he can't be a bad guy.

Painted with acrylic on an 8in. x 8in. canvas, you can bring him into your home for only US$ 125.

new from brett amory

Hot off the heels of his four-man show at 111 Minna Gallery in San Francisco, Brett Amory brings this little oil painting (8in. x 8in.) that averages about 1/5 the size of the pieces in the exhibit ... and, accordingly, 1/5 the price (US$ 125). Nonetheless it's full of talent and character and adds a bit of glamour to the notion of the morning commute.

peabe

Recent Bay Area transplant Peabe is a painter, illustrator, and designer whose work is based on life situations. Born and raised in the city of Chicago, he is inspired by the funky and weird people and events he comes across.

We'd love to have experienced these two situations -- "Our Day Off" and "Bring It" are 8in. x 8in. paintings on canvas using acrylic and spray paint. Luckily we can live vicariously through the pieces, available for US$ 150 each.

daily ditcher by daniel fleres

Daniel Fleres takes a bit of departure on this somewhat realist pastoral piece and it's wonderful. "Daily Ditcher" is an 8in. x 8in. painting, acrylic on canvas, with lovely colors and rendering. We particularly like the floating fountain. The price is only US$ 150.

put 'er there by grant gilliland

Grant Gilliland aka The Gross Uncle does it again with a piece that is so weird it's so cute that it's so weird. "Put 'Er There" is an 8in. x 8in. acrylic painting on canvas and features another lovable freak, this time with a cap, funny hairdo, and his heart on his hat AND neck. How could you not love him? He can be yours for US$ 125.
